As a high school sophomore, I still had no idea what I wanted to do in the future. I was interested in video games, and really enjoyed the cinematic cutscenes like those found in the Final Fantasy series. So, I decided to take an elective class in computer graphics. We learned how to use Photoshop, Illustrator, and drawing and animation in Flash. However, one of my classmates was actually programming basic games in Flash, and I quickly became interested. Thus began my first experience with programming, learning Actionscript.
Besides web development and digital media, I am also very interested in Japanese language and culture, having level N2 certification on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test. I am also a practicing brown belt of Kokikai Aikido.
